In our new 3D printing workshop, school children aged from 7 to 16 learn how to create innovative products in 3D. How does 3D printing work and what role does it play in the automotive industry? These and similar questions will be answered during the workshop.

One of the exciting tasks for participants in our 3D printing workshop is to design a special robot for a space mission that will be used on distant planets.

3D PRINTING WORKSHOP WITH TINKERTOYS & VR EXPERIENCE

3D-DRUCK WORKSHOP MIT TINKERTOYS & VR ERLEBNIS.

During our 3D print workshop are five different missions to complete (space, mobility, household, industry and care). Participants become robot experts and are able to draw robots as part of a team with computer support and print out several product parts with our 3D printer. VR glasses are also used to visualize the products virtually.

 

Afterwards, participants present their constructed robots and try out their function together. The level of difficulty of the mission is adjusted according to the age group of the school children.
